THE GIANT CRUSHED CANS SERIES

"What if we created a symbol to address sustainable development? An object that everyone could recognize, and no one could ignore?” is wondering the artist. Strongly convinced that the question of sustainable development and waste management can be approached with color & aesthetics, in a contemporary & urban manner, the French artist based in Hong Kong THE FRENCH GIRL unveils her series 'THE GIANT CRUSHED CANS’.

Currently filming a short movie for the International Sustainable Development Film Festival titled ‘A Giant Pink Can Project' and scheduled to be screened in May in Hong Kong, the artist also just ended a 6-week art installation at the Mondrian Hotel Hong Kong.

Two of her giant crushed cans will also showcased at RexKL Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia until the end of March 2024. Through her iconic series, the artist invites to “Spread Love, Not Waste”.
